The idea began in 2015 with over 20 independent brands at each location. Kitchens with food prep operations with no waiters or dining rooms. More than just a food delivery service, ONE KITCHEN offers fresh food for dine-in and pick-up. Due to the pandemic, the growth of ghost kitchens had found its place. Forcing restaurants to close due to U.S. Jurisdictions and changing their operations to a quicker and convenient model. While customers began to adapt to online ordering, ghost kitchens have begun to add national brands and focus on customer facing locations.
